Entries not relevant to nominated class will be displayed, but not judged.

This is at the steward's  discretion

Prints must have class, caption, and exhibitor’s name and phone number on back of entry

All photos must be picked up on  the Saturday  between 4-5pm

All care will be taken in handling entries, but the Warren District Agriculture Show Society does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage thereto

Photos must be mounted on black or white card only, with a 3cm - 5cm border around the photo

Work not to be framed  or laminated

Double sided tape to be used to mount photo securely to card, just across the top is usually sufficient

No more than 3 entries per person per class

All entries must be the work of the exhibitor, who shall be strictly amateur

Photo size to be a minimum of 5x7 up to and including the maximum size of A4 except for Class 9 which is 6 x 4

Entries must not previously have won a prize at any Agriculture Show
